Fitness – Club Training

When you train in our Fitness Club it immediately becomes clear what we mean by “Personal club approach”. 

Our training sessions are supervised by one club trainer to a maximum of eight club members. You will be assured of the personal attention required to get the best out of your workout. In fact, you have your very own semi- personal trainer, who monitors your progress and supervises your workouts. Due to our book in advance policy, we  guarantee that you will always have a trusted club trainer at your disposal.

Every six months you can participate in a comprehensive, personal assessment test for a complete overview of your physical condition . Then, together with your instructor we will adjust existing goals, set new goals and discuss future expectations.
