Pilates Studio

The Personal Health Club is one of the leading clubs in Amsterdam with more than 10 classes per week given by an international and professional team of the highest standard in Holland. Pilates is a luscious, well-grounded and globally proven training method in which balance, muscle control and posture are central. Your back and abdominal muscles are structurally reinforced to work in harmony resulting in significant  improvements to your core stability. Obviously we will begin with the basics and start you off with the use of mat classes supported by the meticulous guidance  and expertise of Demond and his team who are trained Roman Pilates instructors.

We  advise you to make an appointment with one of our Pilates trainers before reserving for a session. During these Personal assessment sessions we will then be able to determine what  benefits you personally.
